"Stay away from this place. We purchased a 2020 mini from them and they told us it was a good price that a new one would be in the 50s only to find out a year later it was worth $16,000 at best. They totally ripped us off and we're in the process now of getting an attorney. Our sales guy was Ivory and when I went back today he said sorry but they just don't hold much value on used ones. Will never buy another mini. Stay away from these guys."

"My first experience at Mini of Las Vegas was great! I was greeted warmly and my car service started on time. The receptionist walked me to the clean and comfortable waiting area and showed me where I could help myself to coffee or water. The service manager came out to the waiting room and told me about a special on oil changes and explained the issues my car was having and we talked about a good timeline for getting the repairs done. He didn’t pressure me at all and was very kind and polite. Checkout was easy and efficient and then he walked me out to my car which received a complimentary car wash. A+ experience here, I highly recommend."

"Great experience. I've been here a couple of times for service. They are thorough with their service. They provide a courtesy inspection to find those problems that you don't know you even have. They also make it easy with complimentary ride share service when you drop off and pick up your car. Shawn was very helpful. He gave me the price of service when I dropped off my car.
