"The overall store is great. It’s the female manager or whoever she is that has an extremely bad attitude. Why work there if you’re always angry. Stopped by yesterday 3.23.24 to get a pack of cigarettes for a friend I had a coupon for $1 off the store address popped up I selected it for the cashier to scan the barcode an all of sudden she storms from out of nowhere saying we don’t take them. I’m like your address popped up for a store near me that accepts coupons. I mean the lady went crazy which literally upset me. I said well you should update your coupon policy so future costumers don’t have to endure the same rudeness I did. Nevertheless, I love 7-11 but that particular lady will run off great customers. I’ll never set foot in there again!"

"Dudes irate (Allen, gray hair, in his 60's.) needs to learn customer service skills, got angry over a 7-Eleven reward and started cussing me out when he didn't know how to use the POS saying they didn't accept coupons. Then acted like he wanted to fight me after his coworker got it to work/showed him how to make it work, followed me out of the store then backed down and went back in."

"Asked for a disposable vape, quiet store Tues 28th Nov, 11am. He states they don't have any. I asked for the juul. He gave me a charger and cartridges.I assumed he'd give me the vape when he gave me the products as I asked for the vape. I Paid realized the mistake within 20 seconds. Asked for and exchange. He just pointed to the sign saying no refunds. Absolute trash service. Literally missold a product and want given a refund. He then pointed to the disposable vapes and said do you want these. Guy clearly used incompetence to scam me, and had no regrets about it. Tried to argue my point that he made a mistake no sympathy no refund. Now I have a charger and juul pods and no juul. Because like hell I'm giving him more money"

"Great location for a 7-ELEVEn here on the Las Vegas Strip. I got a Super Big Gulp and 2 Slices of Pepperoni Pizza. You can get 2 slices for 4.00 which is a deal because normally back in Iowa, it would be 5 or 6 Dollars for 2. The Cashier was very friendly and professional. The Slushie (Slurpee here) machine here was in very good condition. The fountain had a few favors out but I was able to get a fountain Pepsi. I hope this location continues to be a good stop for people in the Las Vegas Strip. (This is a Non-Gas C-Store btw.)-Shy_Gun670"

"On Thursday November 2, 2023 at 12.17PM, bankcard was declined three times. I was rudely told to leave. After checking my transactions on my app, I was charged for all three transactions. This was only for a single bottle of Pepsi, and was only charged for nine dollars. However, I will have to dispute this, and my time is valuable."
