"The location is well-maintained and hygienic; however, it's worth noting that they impose an additional charge of 35 cents for debit or credit card payments, which seems uncommon in my experience. Another aspect to consider is one of the employees who consistently exhibits rudeness, making customers feel unwelcome and as if they should be grateful for the opportunity to make a purchase. This employee, adorned with tattoos, has not only treated me poorly on multiple occasions but has also overcharged me at times. Despite these encounters, I chose not to voice my concerns. On a particularly scorching day, with the temperature soaring to 116°F, I purchased two sandwiches along with a backpack and a bag of samples. Politely, I asked if I could eat inside the store due to the oppressive heat outside, to which the employee responded in an offensive manner with a firm "NOOOO" - an incident I met with a smile, paying for my items and deciding to endure the heat outdoors. In all fairness, I must mention that this store serves the best Iced coffee I've ever had in Vegas. I gave 2 stars for the clean store and the good iced coffee."

"This place is the worse!! The staff are rude, disrespectful and completely entitled. I think they said " we came to their town"!?! More than one employee was unprofessional. They just did what they wanted. Instead of trying to help, fix or deesculate the situation. Terrible employees"

"Absolutely the worst business I've been to in Las Vegas, they straight up will discriminate and not serve you based on medical conditions. I would just avoid this place at all costs. Horribly rude staff that just laughed at the fact that I have a medical condition. Good job guys"

"Only debit at the pump no cc. I don’t like places that make it hard to take my $. Coffee is poo also. Nothing close so I think they get business regardless. Always a nice cast of characters in here as well. I’m out"
