"Has every store in the neighborhood gone downhill? Normally, the employees here are great, but today, I was asked to leave my bags at the counter by a new employee, which I thought was pretty disgusting...This has been the first time I've felt insulted here. I understand that employees have to follow orders from their bosses, and this particular employee wasn't overtly rude, but this is GROSSLY offensive to do to people who are regularly GIVING YOU THEIR MONEY. Anyway, here's my letter to 7-11; Yes, I took it there lol...because I'm sick of all of the rude people in Vegas: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm really disgusted that one of your workers asked me to leave my bags at the counter today; When I asked her if she'd be responsible for my things if they were stolen, she said, "No." I refuse to go back to this location again because it's obnoxious to treat customers this way. If you're going to force people to leave their bags at the counter, provide them a locker & key so that they don't have to worry about your employees & other people in the store robbing them. Anyway, I'm debating on whether or not to step foot in ANY of your locations now; Aren't your surveillance cameras enough to stop theft? This is ridiculous...I am not a thief."

"Friendly staff and very clean store! My husband and I frequently stop in often as it's on our way to work. The staff are really cool folks and work very hard in this store, unfailingly friendly everytime we come in. My only complaint is that they recently added that backpacks and bags must be turned over to their cashiers before you can shop. Look I get you probably have a theft problem, but when I'm riding my motorcycle and we frequently do I have to use a backpack to carry my personal items. Nothing against y'all but you cannot guarantee the safety of my personal affects and I don't trust that you won't give away my bag to someone else by accident if they claim its theirs. That backpack is my purse on my motorcycle, so long as I'm riding I won't go in your store because I'm not making me or my rider wait outside just so I can go into your store for a purchase."
