"I came in today to get some coils for my vape. Young female worker, slim build, was NOT HELPFUL and sold me the wrong coils. I told her I was unsure of which to get so I gave her my box of coils I purchased elsewhere so she could get me the same box. WRONG SIZE! NO REFUND ON DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS! Couldn't get my money back. Her customer service absolutely SUCKED!! No knowledge of products. I tried asking her questions about vape juices. It was like talking to a dead fish!
