"I live very close (17 yrs in this area) and loved when it first opened. Even had passes for all my cars. Asked the guys drying off why they don’t wipe wheels down on ultra wash like they used to and their response ; “Mgr gets on us for taking too long!” He said literally takes an extra minute but he watches us to be sure we don’t do it even when no one is waiting. I always tip well and having run companies for years, it is sad to hear that any manager would think taking shortcuts helps your long term bottom line. Feel sorry for the hard working kids out there as it hurts them and encourages them to do a less than quality job which is a horrible life lesson. Need to either retrain the Mgr or promote someone else."

"Short and sweet - do not have your car “detailed” at the Cactus & Dean Martin location. Paid $35 + tip to find they hadn’t cleaned the cup holders (crumbs still there), hadn’t bothered to listen to me when I told them we had just completed a 6,000 mile road trip and to please make sure to clean the bugs off of the front of the car. The cargo area had barely been touched. Dirt/mud was still very visible on the carpet and plastic side walls. They did a terrible job and made me wait over an hour. Take your business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here."

"So I stopped by on 3/11/21 to get me a Vuze pod a single one , wen I got home I checked my bank account an it showed that I paid 19.50 I tripped out . I stopped by this morning to inquire on the cost of one pod the lady said that it's the wrong price but I can't get my money back or anything for that matter I'm screwed to put it lightly. That's not good business. You lost a customer"

"I like this corner store because I live literally like right across the street from it first of all. And second they have pretty decent prices compared to other places that I've been. I come here pretty often to get Red Bull mostly. LOL!! Because they have it there 2 of them for $5.00. Which is generally the cheapest your going to get them. I've also gotten my car washed here once before for only $20.00. Which included getting the whole car vacuumed. Which I love. And they did a really good job so I tipped them $20.00."

"Tried car wash at this location about 10-15 times. For the price they ask starts from 19.99 plus tips i usualy request hand wash and pay about 35-40 dollars include you'd however they never provide good quality job. They always left water spots and never pay attention on details like plastics and low part of a car like bumpers or sides. I always have to finish their job by my self after visit. I'd say you guys don't need to be so hurry and take time to provide expected quality. I hope my review will change something because I'm still planning to come visit you once in a while."
