"I am compelled to pen this accolade in regard to your store on LV Boulevard and Warm Springs. I must say that Ricky is a caliber of employee that I rarely see. Since Ricky came on board the interior sparkles, both with cleanliness and good energy. Professional, polite and world savvy, this person starts my day with kind words and a smile."

"Avoid Rebel Oil. I tried to use my debit card outside at the pump and it was declined multiple times. Mind you, I have never had a problem using my debit card at any reputable gas station in Las Vegas. So, I went into the store to process the transaction and immediately the "lady" behind the counter had an attitude and then had the gall to accuse me of having an attitude and not using the outside pump correctly. She tried to process my card in the store and again it was declined. I had used the same card at another business, with no problem, earlier that day. She demanded I pay with cash. She continued to be rude and condescending and then told me to "take my business elsewhere." Well, that's exactly what I did. I went across the street to the 7-11, used my debit card at the pump with no problem, and the gas was actually 0.30/gal cheaper. Just goes show the low quality and low intelligence of certain individuals working behind the counter of a convenience store. Rebel Oil has ignorant, boorish individuals working at their stores. They are not reputable. Needless to say, I would never use any Rebel Oil store again. Thankfully, we don't even have them in the state in which I live."

"I can see I'm not alone when I say this store is employed by unprofessional, rude, and slanderous people. I've been called rude names for simply not responding to them when I walk in the store, as if I have to. Previous employees now working at other stores said their hours were continually cut by bad management. Whomever owns this station really needs to clean house where their staff goes."
