"Michelle has continually treated a friend of mine with complete disrespect. Today, I was able to witness her terrible attitude first-hand. I don't understand how a business that requires customer interaction, would have such a disregard for customer service. My friend simply wanted to make a purchase and she refused to service his request/business. Is it because of race? Gender? What's the problem Michelle? The other workers are all so nice, I would love the opportunity to discuss this with a representative of Short Line Express."

"There's an incredibly RUDE clerk that works at this location. The name on his shirt said "Marty". He is always working the night shift when my family comes in for ice cream. First off, he's in the back when we walk in. My children and I are standing in front of the Thrifty ice cream waiting to be served. He comes out and says "What do you want"? I ignored his extremely rude greeting and proceeded to give our first order. Just then, another customer walks in and "Marty" says "Great! Everyone is going to come in now that I have to get ice cream". Then, he hands my son his waffle cone that he had "broken" as he made it. He continues to get the rest of our order and shakes his head, mumbling under his breath the entire time. So RUDE!! He really made me feel like we were an inconvenience. After he finishes our order he walks to the register and says "You think I like doing this"? I was so upset with his horrible customer service!! I would have left, but my children really wanted their ice cream. According to my oldest daughter, this same guy did the exact same RUDE behavior the last time they were there. Except that time, my husband walked out after "Marty" greeted them with "What do you want"? If he doesn't like serving customers, he is in the wrong business and should just leave. Although this store is close to my house, I will not be back to this location as long as he is there."
