"Twice now I came after midnight & they are closed. No sign that says they are closed. All the lights are on. I sat and waited to see maybe they went to the restroom. Nope. Management needs to look at the cameras and see who they are playing not to work"

"Went to that location for nachos. The cheese machine was low, so I could only get a few drops. I ask the lady (she was Asian or Vietnamese) if she could change the cheese out. She said no that she was not allowed to do so. So, in my confusion I asked again adding that no cheese was coming out. I told her that I had time and would wait. She took the top off and told me to move 2 concrete plates around and the cheese would come out. Well when I touched them they burned my fingers. I asked her to change it again. She simply said no. I did not get cheese until a young man saw what I was doing and said he'd change it but it takes time to get hot. When she checked me out she had a seriously bad attitude and instead of putting my money in my hand she dropped it on the counter. I gave her the dirtiest look, she picked it up and said have a good day (rushing me out) and walked away! Never again will I spend money there!"

"Daniel was very slow, and had problems counting money. When I asked him if everything was fine he had an attitude. Not a good look for someone in customer service. Maybe extra training could help him."
