"I’ve been dealing with their supervisor and had a double balance transfer , due to a glitch . The agent helped me re instate the transfer only because it was not appearing on my end nor did the agent notice it so we ran it again. All of the sudden I notice the same balance transfer for a large amount. Long story short, it was all recordered on the line and they are liars. They gave me a credit for the fee and I opened a case. I don’t need double fees. Now, they have decided it was not their fault and I’m being charged. I work in hotel hospitality and we absolutely can correct errors and add credit for our customers. USAA is complete joke these days . Real Liars & They are ripping you off!"

"USAA is suppose to be a "State of the Art Company" for active duty military and Veterans. But it is not now. The "Call Up 800 numbers" and "Internet Sites" are broken and have been for at least 2 weeks with no sign of USAA HQ or Senior Technical Staff efforts to repair. You can't log on even with the so called security codes that are texted to your smartphone. So after waiting nearly an hour - If you finally do connect with a USAA human being they are so compartmentally restricted that have no idea what to do with simple question like I need an USAA Credit Card ATN Pin they can only refer you back to a robot again to start the process all over again. Whoever is in charge of the so call USAA security dial up or Internet system should be fired for failure to respond to the needs of Members or better yet offer us the phone number of the Navy Federal Credit Union or another Federal Agency Credit Union like the VA, DOD or HUD. "If you lose your bank cards and report it they don’t expedite. They put in the mail normal so you won’t have access to your bank for two weeks 7 to 10 business days. So basically they screw you on paying bills to getting something to eat! Then there is the automated system you got to navigate through. Faster to talk to a live person. Horrible service!"

"Nice to have a USAA ATM available for deposits and transactions. Good location and easy to access. There is a vehicle height restriction to get to it of 8'6". If you are in something larger than that there is other available parking and you can walk to it. Restraunts and convenience store near by if you are traveling and want food, drink, etc.. and/or restroom."
