""Terribles" is the perfect name for this franchise. I'm not sure who keeps coming to this place. Gas is always 25-35 cents more expensive per gallon than at Smith's, which is less than a block away. The car wash is also very expensive. $10 is the cheapest option. If I never saw one of these gas stations again, I would be a very happy man."

"Car wash is good, but $10 for a basic bit pricey. Pumps work good with the app and store is clean inside and clerks are helpful."

"Free Vacuums were awesome. Went thru the car wash, paid for hand towel dry, tire scrub and a free air freshener but no one was there at the end? No one around. Couldn't go in with my kiddos to ask about it so hopefully they'll get that sorted out."

"New, looks clean, but that is where it ends.. Fuel prices seem a little high for the area, but that is Chevron for you. My gripe is with the brand new car wash... That "wash" was yes, Terribke!! The car came out OK at best, but for the price, it should have been spotless and that is the one thing it definitely was not. If you use the wash, make sure you bring towels and window cleaner to maybe help get the water spots removed. Horrible wash for the money!"

"I had the absolute WORST experience at this store tonight. The clerk was the absolute rudest and most unhelpful person I've ever had to deal with at any convenience store. She had no name tag and would not give me her name. I will be going in tomorrow morning to speak with the manager. She did not crack a smile the entire time we were in there. Instead she looked angry and mean. She wouldn't give me the discount I had, and she had no idea what she was doing. At the end of the transaction, which had to be done twice, I politely asked her to smile the next time someone came to the register or in the store to make them feel more comfortable. She then told me she "didn't have to smile and get out of MY store". Then she opened the door and kicked us out. I'm sure management does NOT know how rude she is or how to hire decent people. Check references!! Will never go there again. And she should be fired for the way she talked to me and my family. This happened tonight, 11/5/23 at 9:40 pm. She is a terrible customer service representative and should not be working in that position. She'd be better stocking shelves with no one around. She shouldn't be at the register or have any customer service jobs. I've never had an experience like this at any other Terrible's. Ever! And I've lived here for 30 years. I've spread the word to my neighborhood which is very close to the store. I hope management takes care of this problem so I can go back. If I could give less than 1 star, I would."
