"Pauline is awesome, she helped me with all my questions and concerns..5 star service in my book and Phil is a big help also."
"Why does HPN only offer a worthless HMO Dental plan that NO Dentist will accept? This is a disservice to HPN insured persons. I have called the few listed approved dental providers in Reno area, all refuse to accept HPN HMO Dental insurance. All Dentists contacted told me it is a rip off, never pays them for services provided, sticking full cost back to patients. HMO Dental plans are a well known scam. Need to replace /provide with true dental coverage like Delta Dental (not a worthless HMO).Stop ripping us off with a fake HMO dental coverage plan."
"I don't know anything the insurance part of this organization, how ever I do know one of their employees named Holly. This lady is amazing at what she does. I don't even know where to start. I have a friend who moved here with her 16 year old daughter and good for nothing boyfriend a while back after receiving a small inheritance from her grandmother. She wanted to get away from the drugs and dirtbag people she hung with. Things started out okay. Then she met new dirtbags and the cycle started all over. I found out her daughter was going to school and then working at mcMcDonald to pay the rent by herself. The school called me because she was failing, and ditching, and I was the only person they had contact information for that was good. With in a week or so her work permit was revoked by the school and mc Donald's couldn't continue to allow her to work. They were on the street. I had just recently moved back myself so I had just transitioned from my initial stay at a weekly to an actual apartment. So I went and found the daughter, who was living with her new "boyfriend", which pretty much lasted about 2 months. Until he got back together with his "baby momma" and kicked her out . Pregnant of course, and oh yeah, not just pregnant but with two warrents. One for truancy, and the other because she got convinced to go to Walmart with her boyfriends hommies to snag some alcohol (and they got caught of course). Her mom managed to get her out but then didn't bother to follow up with the court date, or anything else for that matter. By this time the moms boyfriend had been arrested for...well several things...now he's doing 5 years in Nevada state. The mother was running the streets getting high, and the daughter was now pregnant, wanted, homeless, and of course the tens of thousands of dollars they had was long gone, the new car they bought when they first came here had been "borrowed" and never heard from again..and they had no other family that wasn't more or less in a similar situation. The father of my friends daughter had also been in prison, but after release suddenly fell off the face of the Earth. So guess who got a brand new family member? Well, two new ones I guess because a baby was coming! It was me! So here I find myself with a new "niece" of no blood relation, or relation by marriage, whos also a minor, and pregnant, and wanted by the law! She had grown up with her grandmother. Who passed. So I had this new charge I was responsible for (willingly mind you, I already raised a daughter who had just turned 19 so I have no problems dealing with teenage girls. I also have a wife from the Philippines who adopted her neice who's now my adopted daughter. So raising some one else's daughter ain't new to me. But I couldn't legally do anything. Couldn't put her in school couldnt deal with the legal issues... Now technically the mother had this insurance. She asked Holly to help her daughter if she could instead of her. 4 days later she left the hospital and 3 days after that she was in jail. My "niece" got a call from Holly. Soon after I got a call from Holly. This amazing lady....I don't know how she managed to do it. She got the state to let me deal with getting her medicade reinstated. She got social services to allow me to take her to get the food stamps her mom had been receiving, and then, over 2 months she arranged for my niece to join a program (a very good one)here she has 6 other girls from similar circumstances, and counseling, and some one to teach her how to take care of her new baby, help to get her GED, and the support and guidance she needs...to not grow up and be just like her mom. And she's doing good there. She at one point called the authorities and they came and got her. At court some one from the program showed up and convinced the judge to give her a second chance. Released the same day. Charges will be dropped in 6 months if she stays in the program and stays out of trouble. 2 days ago my friend called me to take her to rehab. Holly got finally got through to her too. This is where Holly works."
"This is by far the WORST insurance company out there. They lack basic knowledge of law and the inner workings of their own company. There customer service is sub par at best and it is painfully obvious that all they are looking out for is their own interests. I recommend ANY other company."
"This insurance company has gone far above and beyond just basic customer service. My daughter has needed a surgery, and they have helped me find a hospital that will do the surgery, helped me find the doctors needed, and so much more. I highly recommend them to anyone. The customer care is more than just the basic steps. They go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I do no know what I would do without having them throughout this whole process for my daughter. They take their customer care to a personal level, you never feel like just a number."
