"Do not do business with this company! Sent them my audit 3 times as they kept claiming they never received it. Sent me to collections for a balance I didn't owe. I will be contacting the local insurance commissioner."

"If you ever have to deal with this company for a workmen's comp claim hire a lawyer immediately. I suffered a back injury at work and they assigned Julie A. to my claim. She has no sympathy for you what so ever and will do anything in her power to deny your claim. She never answers phone calls and will take multiple days to respond to emails. She never responds to your doctors either. I suffered my back injury in the beginning of May and the MRI clearly stated I had a major disk herniation. Two separate doctors said 100% I needed surgery. I was able to schedule a surgery in July but because of Julie and her lack of attention and her non sympathetic approach I had to wait till late November. I had to deal with the pain of a broken back for almost an additional 5 months because of her. She demanded I needed an IME before they agreed to surgery but of course their "Doctor" couldn't see me for over a month. I won't even get started about their "Doctor" but google Dr. Maric and see for yourself. He's probably on Employers payroll. During the surgery the surgeon decided he needed to do a fusion because the standard surgery would not of worked. 4 months after the surgery employers denied my claim right in the middle of my physical therapy. I had to get a lawyer and also try to properly heal myself because they refused to pay for my physical therapy. It took almost 18 months for my lawyer to finally reach an agreement with employers. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND IMMEDIATELY LAWYER UP IF YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH JULIE AND THIS CORRUPT COMPANY."

"Considering this is a small business provider, your treatment of local small businesses is atrocious at best. Especially Kari in particular. Would not recommend based on years of solid service to them and having nothing but spiteful interactions in return."

"I submitted medical mileage on feb17 and still have not been paid. i am an injured workers in California . I find really hard to make it to get treatment because of this. I would give them no stars if I could.They do not respect or comply with California law unless forced. i have received threats of violence from the company before I got a lawyer to deal with them. A criminal organization............"
