"The person I met with was receptive and gave a number of solutions we could start trying. I ended up having an endoscopy and it was very comfortable, fast, and the doctor who did the procedure was very attentive after, providing me info and recommendations, and a sheet with the info since I'd just been under anesthesia. I had a dilation and my throat soreness was mostly gone by the next day. I'd definitely go again, and I'll probably need it anyway."

Christian the lady that checked me in and delivered me to my vehicle was very nice, helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Lacy the Doctors assistant was really nice and explained everything to me. Anna in the recovery room was very helpful to me and real nice. The Doctor was pleasant and explained results after words. "Everyone was pleasant, however very much felt like a meat market. Seems that staff are just use to the same tasks and speech over and over. Sign here, take this, wait here. Just didn't feel as if they truly see the person anymore, this was throughout front desk staff to recovery nurses. Again they were nice, just very blah. I get no one wants to be there for these procedures."

When my doctor was unable to do the first appointment for me, they were able to rearrange things, so I got the earliest appointment available. When I showed up, admitting was so easy - the staff was kind, knowledgeable and swift. Intake nurse was thorough and put me at ease. Attending staff were clear on all actions, and kind. Post operative was safe and fast, I was impressed with my overall experience."
