"Staff is always friendly and willing to answer your questions. Their website is misleading, it says anything after 4PM will be taken care of the following day. I filed my paperwork and paid their fee at 6am and didn’t get a call back. I called for three days at different times and phone just rang endlessly. Also phone queue gives an option for appointments but when I did get someone on the phone they told me it was done on a first come first serve basis. This caused a lot of frustration as I’ve used this place for years. I’m sure over the years their volume has increased and website should be updated to reflect a more realistic turnaround time to save their employees and customers the headache."

"Terrible service , I went to renew my daca , which I was told that in one week I was to be called back to pick up the envelope. It took the girl almost one month for her to call me back regarding my daca . I had to call her several times for her to finish the paperwork . Very frustrating."
"Whoever answers the "0" option (the lobby secretary?) is definitely playing a game on testing how much can the caller wait in the phone, sending you back and forth from the on-hold music to the phone ringing, falsely making the caller think someone will pick up the phone, only to be sent back to the on-hold music. If that is how they treat someone interested in their services, I won't even bother considering them for help."
