"I’ve been struggling with sciatica for over a decade and I know the best thing to relive pain for me is seeing a chiropractor regularly. I booked an appointment for an adjustment with Dr. Steve Walton. I wish I would have suffered at home with all my pain and numbness instead of visiting his office. He used a massage gun between my vertebrates. And that’s it. His wife Dr. Dianna entered the room to provide “tissue therapy”. Once again the massage gun was brought out. It was very high and let her know it was hurting. She called me a wimp and turned it down. She asked one or two more times if she could turn up the speed because she liked it higher on herself and thought I needed it be higher as well. I asked if she or Dr. Walton were going to crack my back and align me. She said “no, we don’t really do that stuff”. I told her I was in tremendous pain and it would be very helpful if they would. She told me she would do just one position for me. She had no idea what she was doing in my opinion. I’ve seen dozens of chiropractics so I knew the position I needed to be in. She awkwardly moved me around in a painful position that had me half off the table and the only way I kept from falling was to press my foot into part of my other leg that was balancing on the table. Also her knee in my hip very painfully kept me in place. While cracking, she got on top of me disturbing my balance and I started falling off the table. Needless to say, she could not crack my back. Upon leaving the room I tried to ask Dr. Walton about the gun he used on my and what the results of that meant. All he would say was “it relaxes your muscles”. I tried to ask again if that meant he had aligned/adjusted me. He gave me a disgusting look and repeated the same thing “it relaxes your muscles” and walked away. I paid $50 dollars for a lazy, uneducated adjustment that left me emotionally drained and in even more physical pain then when I arrived. I held back tears as I handed over my card and then left the building. I will never recommend this place and I hope they get shut down so no one ever has to experience what I have today."

"This is specifically for Ionela Boariu: Your comments about Dr. Amanda Burns is really uncalled for...you have NO clue about the kind of person she is!! Dr. Burns is very sweet, kind, caring, patient and takes time to answer questions; and yes, she's also super intelligent; she knows what she's doing and her treatments are very important and instrumental in helping me feel better. I hurt my shoulder a couple weeks ago and could hardly lift my arm for two days; the top of my shoulder was protruding like a huge ball and I was in so much pain...I made an appointment to see my regular physician but my boyfriend encouraged me to call Dr. Burns and see her first. She made time for me and I'm so grateful. She knew exactly what was wrong and how to help me...within just minutes of my treatment, I could lift my arm and had most of my range of motion back. My pain had decreased tremendously (at least 80%) and she had me go back the next day for another treatment and follow-up. Dr. Burns is NOT EVEN CLOSE to being rude, bossy or arrogant as you stated, Ms. Ionela Boariu. So like my mom always taught us kids as we were growing up: IF YOU CAN'T SAY ANYTHING NICE ABOUT ANYONE, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!! Keep your negative and rude comments to yourself!!"

"My wife came down with some lower back pain during our vacation, she couldn't even move. I walked into Dr. Burns clinic and she saw my wife right away. She was very caring, asked questions and took the time to figure out what was wrong to help even though we will not be a repeat client since we live in Minnesota. It has been 4 days since we saw Dr. Burns and there has been no recurring pain. We highly recommend her services"
