"The reason that I was referred to physical therapy is because of a pain in my right hip which prevented me from walking without pain. The physical therapist assigned to me, Aemon Campbell, analyzed the situation and started with some exercises to strengthen my hip and legs and hopefully get rid of the pain. He also showed me what to do if that pain returns. As the sessions progressed the exercises were increased, and my hip and leg got stronger. Throughout the sessions, Aemon remained professional, caring and kept a positive attitude. Many times, that positive attitude helped to pick-up my spirits. It was such a helpful and positive experience for me."

My session consisted of stretching and exercises with weights and bands which help with the pain and decreased range of motion issues I was having.
