"I love 7-11 like most people. I have a couple of problems with them and that's why I won't give them 5 stars. Everything else would be a *5. The first issue is that everyday at 2pm the Bento's and foods get dropped off & there is so much left over from the last drop off at I think 2am drop off I will recheck with staff on the times but it isn't on their profile on their website but they throw everything that hasn't been bought out. The staff isn't supposed to take anything home either. Everything is dated and the time it's made everyday is dated and time stamped for that 12 hour time period around there anyways. I do know of staff taking left overs home but a lot of homeless live outside on the cement around the door and around the building and they won't even give them anything from the change over. I'm talking sometimes thousands in thrown away food in their dumpster twice a day and then they lock it! I just HATE THAT!!!???. The other thing is they take forever to get stock in when they run out of REGULAR daily things people buy daily. Sometimes like the Hadg., Coffee and Vanilla ice cream, as soon as they put it out within 24hours it's sold out and you'll wait sometimes a week mostly more and are lazy, they just don't stock the extra they have that I've seen on the back shelf in the freezer that they still have in cases. I always have to ask someone to go unpack it so I can buy some. They always try to say that they don't have anything until I tell them I can see the cases in the back of the shelf. Just a lot of unstocked items. They have so many 7-11,'s they should already know what sells and what doesn't. I've been waiting for a can of bug spray for over 5 months already etc. You have to find the best ones to go to but would need a car. These 7-11 stores are in just about every city on the island and sometimes customize items in that store because we're a multi race State and usually certain races live closely together in one city area so they might get a few different things appropriate for the type of food they love to eat on a regular basis... I noticed in multiple stores that the change in staff is a problem and am not sure why but I do know that 75 percent of their staff in all stores consist of what??? "Race" If you live in Hawaii then you know... Aloha"
"Great store and people!"
"I'm 71 yrs old. I have a Veterans I D card as well as a driver's licence that just expired on my b day. The night person, Alasya, refused to sell me cigarettes. I'm a disabled Veteran and this. Want I had to travel to half a mile further. She was completely unreasonable. At 71 years old I'm hardly a minor. This is rude and insensitive for her to deny me my rights. She even refused to sell them to another customer to give to me. This unreasonable rudeness and lack of common Sense is unforgivable. She seemed to like her power Trip and threatened to call the cops because I pointed at her. ,. Low iq people."
