"7-11 #54296: the worst 7-11 ever. Went in on Saturday May 21,2022 for a super big gulp. There were no cups or lids available. I managed to find a stack on the side of soda machine and grabbed one but had no luck with the lids so I used a slurpee lid. The 2 clerks (one male, one female) were standing behind the register like statues. There was only one customer and myself in the store at the time. I mentioned it to the cashiers and they just had no care in the world. The store was a mess and the cashier gave poor customer service, no greeting or thank you. Hopefully better training and stocking will be taught at this store."

"I love 7-11 stores. However , this store the employees need to be trained. They ran out of extra large slurpee cups, when I notified the girl refilling the condiments. And told her I wanted extra large, but there are no more extra large cups. She looked over to the machine and couldn’t see it or was disinterested.. In the end I just found a suitable cup and lid combination. I guess 7-11 should just fire all employees and turn the store into vending machines. Also I guess they don’t believe in throwing out trash either makes you wonder about their sanitation."
