"Do not order parts from this place. I placed an order the parts came incomplete and missing pieces. One of them was missing a very important nut that holds the cam in place it takes 2-3 weeks for parts now i have spent an unnecessary 2-3 hours going to multiple hardware stores to find one that will fit then had to modify cut down a stainless steel nut you can imagine thats different. To make it work. My customer is already upset and i have tried contacting them very hard to get a hold of the "person who deals with the order Kathy" i have sent her an email she was suppose to get back to me on because most of the time when you call she doesnt answer. And still no email. Thank you very much. Horrible customer service. The only good thing i can say is if you deal with theyre technician Glen he is a great person very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he isnt able to order stuff so this is where i am at. And no need to contact me i understand i didnt place a large order but none the less if you are a supplier for steelcase then im assuming you agreed to sell the parts. So short version is if your not buying an entire cabinet or office set or whatever they sell you wont get any customer service."
