"WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a smoker from Bill a few years ago. I first stopped in the store to see if it could be fixed of if I needed to buy a NEW smoker. I spoke with Tim. He said he would call me to see if the old could be fixed or if I needed to buy a new one! Never called, so I called him, again, never called so I called again Finally on the 4th call he told the smoker could not be fixed. I said ok, lets move forward with a new one and Tim said he needs to come the house to see what he is working with. Of course, no call. When I did call back, Tim took down my address and said he and Bill would come out to my house that day. I cancelled 2 appointments so I could have them come out. Big surprise, they never showed up or called! When I called Tim and thanked him for wasting my day, he just laughed at me! I am sure the shop had a good laugh at my expense! Business must be so great that you can treat customers so poorly. I will come back around to bite you when people find out how poorly and rudely you treat your clients!"
