"My experience with Valou furniture was smooth and easy. Delivery was quick and on time. The feathers sectional is sooo comfortable the entire family loved our new set even our dog Rocco. It’s a big convenience for us to be able to remove the covers and machine wash if any stains occur. I highly recommend and will definitely be ordering more pieces for this set."

"I ordered a Bali wood dining table from them in November. I paid for delivery and when it was delivered I asked the gentlemen to keep it wrapped in the blanket as I was about to move and wanted to keep it protected during the move. When we got to our new home we unwrapped it and noticed yellow spots all over the table. The table had never been touched by us before this and this was a stain under the surface. We have messaged them trying to get a new table sent and they have only given us methods to clean the spots, all of which have not worked. I spent over $1,600 dollars on this table and they are doing nothing to fix it. They claim that these tables from the warehouse are final sale items, but I was never told that, and even so, if there are defects that shouldn’t count. I’m very upset and my next step will have to be to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau so that no one else gets scammed out of this much money."

"Our experience was awesome! Toby at the store was so friendly, and got us the best deal he could for the Feathers sofa. Cameron and Gilbert delivered the sofa only 4 days after we purchased it, and were very communicative with their expected arrival time! The couch was so easy to set up and it’s incredibly comfortable. This was a completely hassle free, quick experience and we’re very happy with our Feathers Sofa!"

"I am so happy with my couch it is so comfortable! I have a dog and what turned me onto this couch was the fact it was totally dog friendly and all the covers can be removed and washed! The customer service team was extremely communicative throughout the process of ordering up until it was in my house.
