"Richard was great to work with as all our transactions were done online and via phone. I live in California and we were preparing to stay in our “empty” retirement home in Kailua-Kona. We needed a bed delivered at a certain date. Richard worked quickly to confirm that they had the mattress we wanted; it was in stock and it was available for delivery. Our bed was delivered on the date promised. And we couldn’t have been more pleased! Jump forward to two days into our stay at the house, we get an impromptu guest coming the following week!! "I had a bed in a box from Costco. I was not getting good rest, and my back was hurting. I decided to invest a little more into my health. I went into slumber world and to my surprise it was very affordable. We worked with Frank who was very patient with us. He was full of information about all of the mattresses they had. We left with our mattress a few days ago. My back isn't aching anymore like it was. It is worth every penny we paid."
