"I've been a regular crossfitter for 6 years and have visited dozens of gyms. We (my wife and I) moved here from Kona a month ago and have been coming to CF Allstar. This is a wonderful place. The venue and climate are amazing. KC, the owner, is exceptional. She is extremely responsive, plays clean music, has great programming (grindy / lots of engine), is flexible with individual needs and open gym, and creates a great culture and vibe. "Every time I go to Waimea, I go here. Even if I’m not doing CrossFit consistently at home. I’ve made so many friends, it’s ridiculous. I never have a bad time at this gym. The owner, KC, knows everyone personally and asks how they’re doing in life and in general. The people that go there continuously make it such a great place to go, too. Even at 5am they’re amazing.
