"It took about a year from the free estimate to the fence being completely done but it was due to the permitting process which is out of Best Vinyl’s control. Excluding the time it took for the permit to be approved and HOA, Best Vinyl got the job done in about a week and a half. Installation was a breeze and the materials were good quality besides the minor scuffs and scratches from the installation process which I understand is bound to happen. Overall, I love our new fence as it give us more privacy and our dogs can actually run around the back yard now."

"Using a company on a different island always comes with some hesitation. Will they respond? Will the job be done in a reasonable amount of time? From the start Best Vinyl was the fastest company to respond and set an appointment for an estimate. We reached out to independent contractors as well as other fencing companies and some were too weeks to getting back and we still haven’t gotten a return call from others. Estimator Ryan squeezed us in for a estimate and answered our calls even during off hours. Maui Foreman Josh was awesome. There were a few items that I was unsure about as far as look, and Josh took the time to show me before installing to make sure I was happy with it. We were please to have our fence & gates up within 4 days. They were fast and cleaned up all their tools and left our house the way they found it. Price can’t be beat either. Compared Best Vinyl to 3 other companies and they were the best value. We had a vision on a 13 foot double gate, Best Vinyl was the only company who was able to customize the gate for us."
