They set a date and actually show up on time which is so rare these days-especially living in rural Nevada people often no-show us or have to reschedule but not them, they went the extra mile for amazing customer service and it’s pretty impressive to watch a single guy sling a King mattress over his shoulder like it’s no big deal, lol. Albert was super helpful both on the phone in advance and in person and his associate in store was equally as wonderful.
