"Don't do business with theses crooks. They are way overpriced but that's not the problem. The problem is when you are late they send these very unprofessional guys pounding on your door making threats. After paying over $3000 they say I can't be late again or they'll take them. I've paid every payment but just because I'm late from time to time they want any reason to take them with their little minions smart little attitude. Don't do business with them. They just want to get over on you. Should have gone to Aarons"

"First time I went there to rent to own my diner room table was great. Some lady won't let me talk with anyone else now and I wanted to buy a couch but can't. Not sure why I can't talk to other people working but I tried 3 times and the 3rd was crazy. She is super rude. Still got the new couch just not at Rent-a- Center like I planned."

"Years ago Rent a center was a good honest company but being a returning customer these last months have been thee worst. They can never keep there appointments they will over charge you they will give you false information lie about the product, they gave me a used couch but mark it as new with dog hair on it …. Instead of making things right they make excuses and don’t care.. just another rescheduling and probably another overcharge…. I will be taking my business else where and seeking legal advice tired of being mistreated by this company. I called corporate let’s see if they make things right tired…."

"You can get better service at a Thrift Shop. Dude quoted me a price for a TOY washing machine with a TOY dryer on top for over $60.00 bi-weekly. The FULL SIZED washer and dyers are only $20-something a week. These people are just goofy."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The most unprofessional staff ever Could care less about complaints they will ignore you but are quick to give you 50x calls a day for payment. A staff member would call me numerous time from his personal phone which should already be a giant red flag however the manager Rogelio could care less when he was informed. That same staff member damaged my wall in my home again management could not care less. I’ve sent them numerous emails and messages with no solution just excuses Most disrespectful employees that always had an attitude. Personally I think this store should be shut down and or every single employee should be replaced for lack of professionalism."
