"Great experience with the sales people and shipping was quick and on time. I ordered two sample chairs, when they arrived they had damages and looked as if they had 4 stickers on the seats and were ripped off before shipping exposing the white underneath. They also had other damages. I was told it was a mistake at the warehouse. I am in talks with the department to fix this. I then ordered 80 chairs for my Café and Event space, they came and more than 20 had the same marks on the seat. I left a message today (3-25-21) and hoping they will rectify the damaged chairs. The chairs are beautiful and I am glad I purchased them. I just hope that the company fixes the issues I am having."
