"Darby was really helpful. I suffer from a previous work related back injury and wanted a really firm bed as our current mattress is going to be about 10 years. While browsing, he showed us all the firm mattresses as requested. He then showed us one that were recommended by chiropractors and doctors which was a little pricey. I was interested in two mattresses. The first one was the pricey one which put relief on my back and the other was reasonably priced but would wear out over time. I did not feel pressured and he gave us a reasonable amount of time as I very torn with the two. Ultimately we went with the pricey one just for more comfort for me. I highly recommend this place."

Darby took the time to show us the differences between styles and ran us thru a scanner that plotted out exactly what suited us perfectly! He made everything right and found me a mattress that we both hope will work out much better for me. Nov 5: Editing this review as I was not happy with my purchase halfway through the 4 month trial period and went to the store twice to seek alternatives and let Jason know the mattress was causing me lots of lower back pain. I was told to wait for a new shipment of mattresses that were going to be updated (of course costing me the difference of what I had already paid). Never received call and tried following up but no answer. Previous post: June 1: Had a great experience at Bed Mart! Jason greeted us and showed us to their mattress profile bed that was able to determine what mattress would best suit my needs and body type. Jason not only provided excellent customer service but was also very informative and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Bedmart offers free delivery and excellent financing options. Can’t wait to sleep on my new bed and get a great nights sleep!"
