"Management should focus on training and work ethic of employees. I was given a cup of hot coffee that leaked, it got all over me and my car. I only noticed after I got it into my car. The cashier knew it was leaking cause he wiped his hand with napkins after giving me the coffee. The cup should have been changed but the cashier was too lazy."
"Only says the lobby is closed, no reason as to why or anything. Can't even order inside why is that. They're only doing online order and drive thru. It's not like it busy here so why. It's its staffing, that's not an issue here they don't have enough business at this time to cause a backfill of orders."
