"What is going on with customer service these days??! Why doesn't anyone answer phones anymore? I've called this place for 3 days in a row, and no one is answering. Come on people. Who is managing these places??"

"Great store wish had a little more assortment and sizes 10 and 10half. Had to wait for help but when I did they were friendly only it was like excitement in getting and selling the shoes"

"Place closes randomly for an hour or 2 for no apparent reason and even when there are 3 people in the store doing nothing, they will not let you in to shop during posted business hours. They will never get my money again and I'm asuper sneaker head with 3 sneaker head kids."

"Happened to be in the area and needed some new running shoes. Found some ascis shoes my size with the help of an attentive associate! Only issue I had and I wasn't the only person having the issue was the Military discount. 3 people were having issues verifying the military status. I stepped aside and went on the website that was printed out on a receipt that printed out when my military status was declined at the register . The cashier said I had to renew it. Went on the website for only to have issues with the website not working. It was frustrating for myself and the others having the issue clearly they could see on the ID it was active. The associates didn't offer any help just kinda shrugged it off? If I'm not the only person having an issue with your system shouldn't you offer a solution or at least an apology."
