"I don't think it's fair to put my review under this DLS location. But I had a really bad experience with a DLS phlebotomist at my doctor's office. I was there to do a generic carrier testing. The phlebotomist thought I was there for HIV test. I told her what I was there for, at the same time she had the paper work and the testing kit (that says generic testing) on her hand. Eventually she figured it out. During the blood draw, she seemed very very nervous. She grabbed the testing kit couple times (trying to read the instruction maybe). After she was done, she said the vial was not full. She is not sure if my blood test will be accepted... I had a terrible bruise and soreness after. This pic was taken after 8 full days of my blood draw. It took almost a month to finally get rid of the bruise. Lots of people asked me what happened.... A supervisor from DLS did call me back to apologize after I emailed them my feedback. If this phlebotomist is new, they need to have a supervisor there."
