"I took my father to the Pali Momi Emergency room due to a fall from an infection of the blood in October 2023. The male, white caucasian ER nurse who had tatoos on his arm was assigned to my father had a piss poor attitude and obviously should not be there providing patient care. I remember him coming into the room complaining about taking care of a Trauma patient. He also moved my fathers possessions which were on the floor by sweeping it with his foot (very disrespectful). On discharge he provided a wheel chair without the foot rest and pointed us to the exits. News flash if you hate your job go and find something else rather than coming to work just to collect a pay check. One word comes to mind.. Useless. To the head of Pali Momi MC and Hawaii Pacific Health if you care about providing good patient care you should remove this individual who clearly needs an attitude adjustment."
"Employees/medical workers on fifth floor are very loud. They talked loud in the working station. They laughed loud like the patients are not sick. One nurse helping my father talked very swift with unfriendly tone. There were others who are very nice and respectful."
"What a beautiful hospital! Looks more like a hotel. The parking garage is like a maze, but not too expensive. I was there for 4 hours and paid $5. The dining facility had an enticing menu but by 2pm, not many choices. Besides the hot line they had sandwiches, chips & salsa, pudding, jello and tons of drinks. The bathrooms are clean and automated but only certain floors have them. The 1st floor then the next is on the 4th floor. I would think a hospital would have them on every floor! Go figure! Also saw a pharmacy, gift shop and an ER."
"I had surgery here last week. This hospital is awesome. The nurses, doctors, PT, and support staff are all top notch. Everyone is very friendly. In the OR room I felt like I was in NASCAR, lol. I never felt one bit nervous before, during, or after my procedure. You're in good hands at Pali Momi."
