"Had our pcr tests turned around in 12 hours! We booked using Azova which was new for the clinic. The person helping us was able to quickly figure out the new system and made the process of travel testing so smooth. Thanks team DLS!"
"Little tricky to find at first but just go to the 2nd floor and around the corner where there's a bunch of people waiting. Simply take a number and wait to be called. Went in for a simple blood draw and the staff was nice and courteous. The lady, should've of gotten her name, who conducted my blood draw was very friendly and personable. I was worried at first since I can see how slammed they were and was thinking they would be about stressed out and grumpy, but completely the opposite! I highly recommend this spot for all your diagnostic needs."
"Today I went for the first time to Pearlridge BOH Location, I greeted with a smile. My bad experience came when she proceeded to pull blood. I told her that it hurt and she continued to move the needle around and ask if it still hurt. I had to finally raise my voice and TELL her to remove the needle. She continued to say she had the needle in. To me it wasn't and the hurt continued. She sent someone else to pull blood, and one pinch and NO PAIN!!! I have blood test every 6 months, first time I have ever experience such a horrible experience. They should listen to the customer vs questioning them."
