"This place is horrible at time management! My appt I made was for 7:20pm, I arrived at 7:10pm. I was then told at the check in desk that I was supposed to check in by 6:50pm. I told her that no one relayed this information as the only information I received was a confirmation text message on Friday stating to call to reschedule or text reply “C” to confirm. At 8:05pm, I inquired how long more to where she shoved the 6:50 check in policy in my face and called the tech in back. The tech told her to tell me 20 more minutes. That would make it 8:25, at 8:25 exactly I inquired again how long more. The tech came out to get yet a third person who was scheduled after me. The front desk person asked the tech again and she said another 15 minutes! I told the front receptionist that this was unacceptable as no one had told me about checking in early so many minutes ahead of my appointment time. I even told the person who called earlier in the day that if I couldn’t come earlier to accommodate them being ahead in schedule that I would be there by 7:20 and no other comments were made or instructions given to me. I’m furious! There is not one iota of human decency, compassion or customer service from this place at all!"

"Hard to find, if not familiar with the Ala Moana Mall. Need more signs! Parking is not close by, so be prepared to park and walk. Staff is friendly. Appointment was on time."
