"so i’ve been going here for a while now, and i’ve seen some pretty crappie reviews about it, but that just could be them trying to get the place shut down or something, but i have been going here for a while like i said. and i have had absolutely no issues or problems with the place, like i said, i have been going to this person (not sure how to spell her name) for a while now. and i have had no problems with her. and i saw a review that said something about the workers talking bad about their clients, and that could just be those workers, because now everyone is like that and not everyone talks bad about other people. and like i said, my therapist is super helpful, and i am really happy i am going, she helps a lot. and that also might just be that person’s personal experience, unless that happens every single time they go, then maybe they should talk to the people who work the front desk about that issue, but overall i would recommend this place"

"Honestly this place is just plain gross. I've never experienced such clearly poor management at a behavioral health facility. Have trust and anxiety issues? Don't go here! Not only is the old building a joke, but I have literally heard therapists talking trash about their clients to each other after the client leaves. They may not realize we can hear things out in the waiting room, but we can! So now not only do people hear the trash talking, but I also know who it's about because I watched them walk out the front door just minutes prior."

"I've been seeing Shannon for a year now. She has been great. Staff is very nice. Their new location is way better than the last one. They seem to have ironed out the issues from before at the last location. My son went there as well but his therapist moved to a new location now that she is done with her internship. He is seeing her at her new place. Tomorrow my step daughter will be going for an assessment."

"They promise more than they can deliver. I called this clinic few days ago and explained to them that my daughter’s release from Rehab is dependent on securing a schedule with a counselor. The lady I talked to from LifeQuest was very understandable stating that she’ll put that on the note so that the scheduling can be expedited. She promised to call me the next day to let me know the availability of any counselor. I was so relieved that she understood my urgency. However, few days later I called up to follow up, the same lady remembered me, but only to tell me that they don’t have any availability, not even a temporary one and that I can not get an appointment for my daughter. I wish she informed me that so I wasn’t waiting. She gave me a different number to call, but when I called that number it was for a referral. Did the Lifequest lady did not understand that I had a referral already (that’s why I called them) and just looking to make an appointment with a counselor. So, here I am, back to square one looking for a counselor."

"Waited 30 mins past my appointment time before the therapist even showed up, only to get turned away because of an insurance mixup. After getting rescheduled for the THIRD time, got a call to remind me of the appointment, showed up on time and told them I was there, with a hurried response of "okay," and was ignored for another 20 minutes before I left, got a call from the therapist only to find out she'd been there all along and was just in the building next door, which NO ONE EVER told me. I had my baby with me and was supposed to see someone about serious depression and anxiety attacks. The people in this office shouldn't be trusted with a stapler let alone day-to-day scheduling of people who really need help."
