He will bill for things that aren’t even part your child’s visit… you check your statement …. I’ve said enough… also was not thorough during that particular office visit and we switched providers."

"We recently moved to Las Vegas area and are new to the practice. I have brought my child twice, the first time as a new patient, the second time for a scheduled follow up appointment. I liked our Doctor but both times we had to wait for a very long time. On the first visit we waited about 45 minutes before being seen. The second visit we had to wait TWO hours just to be seen by the Dr. It took another hour to get through a typical 10-minute appointment and then wait for a nurse to do strep test and covid test. All in all, three hours for an appointment scheduled a months in advance. The Dr was knowledgeable and personable enough, but the way the practice is run is clearly inefficient. They either schedule too many patients, or don't have enough staff, or both. I think I will give them one more chance because I hate having to look for a new pediatrician. Update: we went back but I made sure to talk to front desk before going and tell them of our poor experience on the prior visit. The following two visits were normal acceptable wait. So I am upgrading my original rating."
