"I called them to establish as a new patient. The only question that was asked of me was if my insurance was Medicaid or employer. As I continued to say it was self insured, self employed, paid insurance the person answering seemed to not know what to do. Continued to ask if it was Medicaid over and over, and then finally told me that they are 4 months out for new patients... just wanted to inform."
