"My children died because of his lack of knowledge. If you are seeing DR Tatem I would advise you to get a different pediatrician.!! Due to his lack of care for his profession. I lost a son to cancer!! I almost lost my daughter to diabetes, because of his lack of knowledge such as illness. When I brought my son to him. Dr Tatum, would dismiss concern. He would give me a cheap answer, saying that each child developed at different rates. Even when I told him I didn't feel it was normal. After all, he is a well educated Doctor so, what did I know. With my daughter, he did the same thing with!! I was concerned about her bed wetting. When she lost focus, he said she just spaces out. I also, told him about her hunger and thirst he completely ignored me He thought she was seizures so we went to Neurologist didn't find anything. So, he never bothered to look into it further. I switched doctors because of his incompetence. I am glad I did! Come to find out, my daughter had type 1 diabetes. Her Glucose was almost 968!!! I almost lost her as well because of him. Best advise is to find a new doctor"

"I love how straight forward and to the point Dr. Tatem is with my kids. He makes sure I know what to look for and what is not a concern. He doesn’t over prescribe medication and he doesn’t coddle. Will keep my kids with him for years."

"Dr. Tatem is extremely old school, relying on outdated methods and has not bothered to keep up to date with current research regarding early childhood development. He first suggested we use Caro Syrup in our son's bottles to treat constipation (a very old method since proven to make the problem worse). We see a different doctor regularly and love her, but today for our same day appointment, we were assigned Doctor Tatem. I went in to see if my son has a UTI, since he has regressed in potty training and is peeing all over the house and I wanted to rule out a physical cause. Dr. Tatem told me I should be responding to these accidents with a very strong reaction and punishment, and was baffled when I explained that makes the problem worse. We will not be seeing Dr. Tatem ever again. If we need to speak to a behaviour specialist, I do not want to go to anyone he reccomends if he still thinks you can force a kid to follow your rules through intimidation, fear and punishment. I can't believe that was his advice to a patient (and one who has taken multiple courses in early childhood development so I know it is the exact opposite course of action you should take)"

"We loved Zucker so much and when he retired, we were all sad to see him go. Zucker didn't believe in medical intervention, rather let the body work things out naturally, which we 100% agreed with. He was funny, humble, kind, and thorough. Tatum is also good. The only reason we have to change is because they are out of our network, but this is a good place."

"My kids have been with this office for almost 16 years. We have four children that are seen by dr tatem, and the last couple years has been really terrible. The office is extremely rude, we had a bill for less than 150.00 dollars that we weren't aware about and the refuse to see my one year old and they sent me to collections all in three months. I guess that's there way of thanking us for choosing their office and staying with them for that long. I am done with this office and recommend to anyone not to have your kids come to this dr. Office were they don't care about the children they care about the money."
