As parents, we have never felt like our questions were stupid or our concerns were invalid. They listen and truly care. We can’t say enough good things about them. "I have been taking my kids to Summit Pediatrics for 12 years (at least), since they had an office on Warren Way. This practice has gone way down hill since Dr. Matthew's passed away. Anytime you call, the office staff is very rude. None of them are on the same page. In one day I had an office person tell me they could do something and then someone else call me and tell me they couldn't. They offer a portal to upload documents for the doctor to fill out but don't know how to even use the portal. I had one person tell me "our patients use it all the time and just figure it out". We see Dr. Ceremuga. She is always thorough and very nice but don't waste your time with this off it is not worth it at all!"

"My children have been patients at this office since birth (13 years) since Dr Mathews passing and Ashley leaving it has gone down hill. Dr Mathews was an amazing dr and he would be so disappointed in the way his practice is running now. It is truly sad to see his legacy be ruined. Unfortunately we will no longer we going to this office due to the unprofessional staff and new office rules that have been established that no longer put patient care first but is now about making money."

"I've been bringing my children here for 3 years and the front desk staff are consistently extremely rude. As an example, I called today to let them know we were stuck in traffic and the front desk person was extremely rude and confrontational about my need to be a little late. Needless to say, that was our last visit to this office. I've grown tired of the horrible people skills they have. I want my children to be at a pediatrician office that is friendly, welcoming and happy about life."
