The front desk staff will not let me reach anyone past them for any questions. I have a screaming toddler with an ear infection and they're refusing care for her."

"I for one was happy to try this place out. My child got one checkup here. I called back to get an appointment for my child's ear and I was informed that I could not be seen due to some bill going to collections. The bill was less than 200 dollars, so I asked for the collection companies name so I could call and pay that.. i did not know I even had a bill.. Now I've seen this happen before dealing with Renowns billing system where I don't receive any paperwork, then suddenly there's a collection involved for small amounts of money that I could have paid on the spot, so I was not shocked to say the least. What did shock me however was the fact that if this happens, you are banned as a patient for life. So, now I have a screaming toddler with an ear infection and the lady at the front desk says there is no way to file an appeal. I literally have an HSA card for these reasons and always try to pay it on the spot."
