"My sister made an appointment for her daughter at 8 AM on their website to see Dr. Prokop, shows up for said appointment and they tell her the APPOINTMENT WASNT ACTUALLY REAL and that the doctors are not in until 9:15... 1. Why would you have 8 AM appointment times listed on your website if no one is there to take the appointment? 2. She has had multiple instances with this doctor and this place where she has been turned away due to incompetence from the staff at Pediatric Associates and the lack of appropriate communication. 3. The cherry on top of it all is a few months ago her 2 year old daughter had PNEUMONIA and Dr. Prokop told her to take Tylenol and she should be okay in a few days....fast forward 24 hours and she is in the ICU with a chest tube due to a large amount of fluid in her lungs. We do not recommend Dr. Prokop and suggest trying someone else so you don't have to deal with these same issues!"
