"Dr Holdridge is excellent, very friendly and she takes her time with patients and really listens. Her staff is another story, especially Sarah, the finance/Insurance person. This was our 2nd visit and our insurance had changed. Sarah was extremely rude and condescending when she couldn't verify the insurance. And did NOT believe me at all. Plus she'd been calling us at a very old phone number and was annoyed when I told her that. I had to reschedule my appt, even though I was at their office. Never once did they email us. To make matters worse, nothing was told to me when I called to verify my appt time, 2 days prior. I love Dr. H, but had this been my 1st appt, I would've gone elsewhere. The staff needs training! And this insurance person needs to retire if she treats every patient like this."
