"A memorial to go with the camp site. I would walk up and take a moment. It is a striking monument against the stark desolate beauty of the Sierras. I read there are annual pilgrimages to here. Would be quite an event to see."
"Wow. Sush an amazing historical experience and place to stop by or visit. 10 minutes away from Lone Pine California. Sush a relaxing place full of beautiful history. The scenery all around is great. As you go in from the main road you will see a sign that says "vehicle tour". That means you can drive your car all around the area with signs that tell you how to do so. This special monument is located all the way in the back. So fallow the signs on your right side once you go in."
