"My son is 9 years old and needs surgery due to excessive and constant nose bleeds and was due to have surgery for it today.. His nose bleeds are to the point where we can’t get his nose bleeds to stop and they last longer than 30 mins at a time. He sometimes gets them 2-3 times a day & it’s been so bad he’s ended up in the hospital and the blood has started coming out of his eyes(tear ducts) when he gets nose bleeds. He was scheduled today and I guess Surgery Center of Reno told our ENT office that there “wasn’t enough profit” for them so they canceled his surgery. Surgery Center of Reno never even called me to tell me this themselves. THIS IS DISGUSTING.. MY 9 YEAR OLD IS DENIED SERVICE BECAUSE THERES NOT ENOUGH PROFIT FOR THEM… YALL SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!"

"The receptionists and nurses were WONDERFUL! I have never had such a positive experience with anything healthcare related. They were kind, compassionate, informed and so helpful. If you have to get cut open it's nice to do it in a place where the people are so considerate."

"Caring and attentive personnel and a wonderful experience! So I thankfully have never needed surgery before now. I had to have a discectomy and was booked here for the surgery a few days ago. The staff here were all wonderful and caring people. I was informed at every step from the moment I walked in as to what was happening. Every person from the doctors and nurses who were going to be in the operating room stopped by and introduced themselves to me. Since I've never had surgery I was really nervous about the procedure but they all made new feel relaxed and at ease about it. Once the surgery was over and I woke up the follow up care from the nurses was also excellent! I was required to stay the night after the surgery and the nurses were attentive and caring the entire time. Thank you to all the staff and nurses and doctors!"
