"Dr. Ko explained the procedure to close a cancer on the bridge of my nose close to the corner of my eye. He and his staff took their time to go over everything with me and put me at ease prior to surgery. I've had plenty of surgeries and have plenty of scars, I can't see any scar and family and friends can't see any sign of surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Ko. He and his staff are great. The office is neat and clean too. Thank you."

"Dr Ko performed a Mullerectomy (for ptosis) that didn't work. He said "There is no more these hands can do". Extremely narcissistic and weird he would refer to his hands in the third person. I went to UC Davis and they performed a Frontal Suspension Procedure that worked perfectly. Go to a real medical center rather than a foo foo facade selling the sizzle rather than the steak."

"Dr. Jackson biopsied a spot on my lower eyelid. It took over a week for the results to come back, and when they did, Dr. Jackson called me personally with the results. He answered all my many questions. Dr. Jackson coordinated with my dermatologist, who removed half my lower eyelid. The following day Dr. Jackson reconstructed a new eyelid. The day after the procedure, Dr. Jackson again called me personally to check my recovery. Beyond his obvious skill in his profession, his mannerisms and soft spoken personality are amazing. Every question I had was answered clearly. He was comfortable explaining details. I never felt rushed. My office visit was well over the standard 'get them in and out the door as fast as you can'' scenario I am accustomed with. Both follow-up phone calls were lengthy (because I asked so many questions.) I am very sorry and sad to learn that since the Covid-19, Dr. Jackson is no longer at Nevada Eye Plastic Surgery. This is a huge loss for the practice. I have every confidence that any practice where Dr. Jackson works will be grateful to have him. The patients will be even more so grateful to have him as a provider."
