"Pathway's biller was abusive, expected me to do her job for her, and wanted me to backdate government documents. When I complained Krystal Hill did not stand up for me....she dismissed me.. One of the directors, Victor Coruso, said he agreed that I was treated badly, but the reviews show that he has never done anything about past complaints and not likely to do anything now. Probably because the biller is related to one of the agencies founders. Do not trust these people with your health care needs."

"Pathways therapy is extremely unprofessional. Lack of communication between patients and office. I would never recommend this therapy office! They do more harm then good. In my experience do not take you children there as they do not know what family values are not do they support the family values placed in a home."

"This place used my credit card with out authorization and charged me $150.00 in unauthorized charges. Two separate charges for $75. Now there is no trust at all. If you can’t trust your counselor with your billing and credit card information, how can-you talk to them about your personal life. It is a-shame that they use unethical billing practices. I also filed a fraud complaint with the Nevada State Medical Board and with the Credit card company. I will never recommend anyone to this office. I would also find out if they are Hippa complaint with your personal information and with your credit or debit card information."
