"I could not have gotten better care anywhere else! I called the main office and within 30 minutes, Deanna, the community liaison was calling me back, she was over to our home within the hour to start the process for my fiancé to be admitted to hospice. Deanna is so patient, kind and wants to be sure you understand that the team is there for you 24/7, and never hesitate to call. She is professional and compassionate. The RN, came out the very next morning, everything we needed arrived by early afternoon. Mariam, the CNA came out to visit within 72 hours ( I didn't need her sooner). She was so kind, professional and you could surely tell she was experienced and really loves her work. I never needed help to care for him, but the team showed up as scheduled, called in btwn to see if all was still okay for me. The chaplain came out to visit within five days, and social worker called to see if there was anything we needed from him. My time was very short with hospice until my fiancé passed, but they still contact me to check on me and let me know they will always be available whenever I need them. It takes very special people to work in this field of healthcare. I am so thankful that Comfort Care employees some of the very best people! I can't say enough about them. "I just can’t say ENOUGH ….. For the time and care and promptness of your heart n service to my daughter. I called at 7:30am by 8 director called me back, by 9 a CNA was here. Next day Nurse and a CNA was here to address all we needed! meds were being delivered. Following day shower chair and other needs Showed up. Chaplain and social worker set up! The staff and Nurse- CNA’s We’re amazing!!! The care they have for your loved one is beyond all I could hope for! Ty ty for being the best! I love the CNA who’s calling is to come prepare your loved one. It didn’t go unnoticed Heartfelt thanks Cheryl Andersen And after she passed they asked if she had a nickname: Pooh bear they got her pjs and made me a bear Beutiful final touch"

"I couldn't have asked for a better hospice company. Megan is the sweetest person and our hospice nurse, Marty, was equally amazing. They went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable and help me along the way. Marty was very understanding of me (daughter/caretaker) wanting blunt honesty of where my mom was at in her transition journey and I appreciate that so much. Doctors never gave me that. Hospice treated her so well and were the only ones to manage her pain correctly. I truly believe she left this earth peacefully because of them.
