"All the therapists do is yell at you to “feel better”, I agree with the reviews below these people have some strange practices. They always try to get you not to visit other places by telling you that “they’re not a real doctor”."

"When you call the front desk they’ll be extremely rude and the therapists aren’t much better either they yell at you or berate you for not getting better right away, trauma or depression doesn’t go away overnight but university of phoenix students wouldn’t know that would they. Total jokes."

"Please do not support this place! I used to go to this other therapist office when i was younger but they were fully booked so I went here and all they would do is try to convince me not to go to any other therapists because they were “not licensed” and other lies, they partake in really bad business practices such as slandering other businesses for their own gain. During the pandemic they said that their covid tests were free but afterwards the bills were disturbingly expensive and that the workers there are super unprofessional during one of the sessions my therapist yelled at me saying that i wasn’t getting any better and that was the last straw, I had to pay 40 dollars for their covid test and they refuse to acknowledge or pay me back, Just shut down already."

"At first all was good. However, my counselor quit. No one called or said anything. The counselor told me via text. THEN when I called to make dr appt (need my meds) I was told it is required to be actively seeing a counselor to see the doctor, but there is a counseling wait list, so I have to wait..No meds for a bipolar person. Researching new facilities, but to no avail because I am cash pay."
