"Horrible experience every time i go in to this rainbow market or the one down on Washington and nellis (same owner I believe)I always have an issue. The employees are always so rude and disrespectful. One employee even knocked a drink out of my bf's hand and tried to fight him for defending me after they told me I could not have my service animal in the store!"

"This is my 3rd bad experience at this location. They aren't convenient. They aren't friendly. They don't provide a service with a smile. There is a more human and respectful way to approach individuals with disabilities during this time of c-19. A mask can be any piece of cloth that covers the nose and the mouth per CDC guidelines and to deny to service to anyone because you don't like what they use is appalling behavior. The governor's mandate gives exemptions to individuals with disabilities which was completely disregarded. Having to yell between a 2inch piece of plexiglass because I can't read the clerk's lips is demoralizing and shameful."
